Frequently Asked Questions
1. What feral animal and pests do you control?
We provide tailored feral animal control programs targeting a wide range of species, including Indian myna birds, pigeons, rabbits, hares, feral cats, foxes, wild dogs, feral pigs, goats, deer, donkeys, horses, and other invasive animals affecting your property.
We also offer control services for certain native species such as kangaroos and wallabies. Please note that control of native wildlife requires a valid permit issued by your local NPWS (National Parks and Wildlife Service) office. If needed, we can assist you with the application process.
2.Do you offer any trapping or baiting services?
We do not provide baiting or trapping services. While these methods can be effective in certain circumstances, we believe they are generally non-selective and pose risks to animal welfare.
Poison baits can remain active in the environment for extended periods, creating serious risks for native wildlife, pets, and working animals. Similarly, many trapping methods carry the risk of injuring non-target species.
We firmly believe that a well-executed, targeted shot is the most humane and effective approach to feral animal control.
3. I have a very evasive feral animal problem. Is shooting an appropriate solution?
This is often a challenging situation, as certain feral animals—such as foxes and wild dogs—can be highly evasive and unpredictable in their movements. They rarely follow a pattern, making it difficult for even experienced contract shooters to guarantee timely results.
While our goal is always to deliver effective outcomes, it's important to understand that managing evasive species often requires patience, strategic planning, and multiple visits. We are transparent about this from the outset and tailor our quotes accordingly to set realistic expectations.
In some cases, depending on your specific needs and property conditions, we may recommend engaging a contractor who specialises in baiting or trapping, as these methods could prove more suitable for your situation.
